重获新生的“反应停”

       It was released in West Germany on 1 October 1957,by 1961 it was the best-selling sleeping pill in West Germany and the UK.

        By 1960 an extremely rare type of birth defect was appearing across Germany. Babies were born with hands and feet attached directly to the body, a condition known as phocomelia.

       Reinventing thalidomide : new research had found it is important for some patient just like  myeloma AIDS   Behcet disease, lupus, Sjogren syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease, macular degeneration, and some cancers  for its anti-inflammatory, enhances the immune system, inhibits (or stimulates) HIV replication, and inhibits some cancers.

     反应停：因怀孕母亲服用后导致产出肢体残疾的婴儿而臭名昭著。

     它始用于1957年10月的西德，到1961年，它是西德境内和英国销售最好的助眠药。

     在1960年在全德出现了极奇怪的罕见病例－－－海豹儿，这些婴儿的四肢直接与身体连在一起。

     导至这一悲剧的原因：“反应停”在大鼠身上的通过的动物试验试验结果用于临床是有瑕疵的，大鼠身上有人所没有一种的酶，它使大鼠不会产生的海豹畸形儿。

     重新改造“反应停”：新的研究发现，“反应停”可对一些病人特别重要如麻疯病、爱滋病、贝赫切特综合征（病）、狼疮、干燥综合征、风湿性关节炎、炎症性结肠炎、老年黄斑变性和一些肿瘤患者，因其抗炎作用可增强免疫系统、抑制（刺激）HIV的复制和抑制一些癌症。
